Booking & Policies

Reserving your date
To reserve your date, a signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable retainer are required. Once your date is reserved, it’s yours alone: I hold it for you and turn other sessions away. The retainer applies to your package total, and the balance is due on your shoot day.

Ultimate Package
One retainer covers all four sessions. The balance is split into three equal payments, due on the days of your second, third and fourth sessions.

Rescheduling
I know life happens, and some things just can’t be helped. You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 7 days’ notice. Please book your new date within 7 days, so your session stays on the calendar. Additional reschedules, or changes with less than 7 days’ notice, carry a $75 fee.

Weather and emergencies
If the weather turns unsafe for an outdoor shoot, or something serious comes up, we’ll simply reschedule at no charge. Just let me know as soon as you can.

Cancellations
If you cancel or miss your session, the retainer can’t be refunded, since your date was held just for you.

Loving your portraits
My primary goal is for you to love your portraits. If you’re not happy with your images, tell me at your Reveal Session and I’ll offer you a reshoot.

Sharing your images
I’d love to feature your images on my website and social media, but only with your permission. I’ll always show you the images I’d like to use for your approval first.
